Business Listings and Verification

Business owners may claim and manage their listings on RentTheRestroom. We attempt to verify business ownership but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all business information.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any business listing at our discretion, including listings that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or generate customer complaints.

Featured Listings and Payments

Featured listings are paid advertising placements that appear at the top of search results. Featured listing subscriptions are billed monthly at $49/month.

By subscribing to a featured listing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You may cancel at any time without penalty
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All content on RentTheRestroom, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to RentTheRestroom and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Business owners retain ownership of content they upload (photos, descriptions) but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RENTTHERESTROOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Quality, availability, or pricing of portable toilet rentals
